Who We Are
Blackstone Catering Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate as a professional catering and hospitality provider. Contact: support@blackstonecatering.com.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal information you provide when submitting an enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, and event details. We do not collect data passively beyond standard analytics.
How We Use Your Data
Information submitted via our enquiry form is used exclusively to respond to your event enquiry, prepare proposals, and manage your booking. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with trusted operational partners — such as staffing agencies engaged for your specific event — on a need-to-know basis only.
Data Retention
Enquiry and booking records are retained for up to six years in line with standard UK accounting and contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. You may also object to processing or request portability. To exercise any right, email support@blackstonecatering.com.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity — to fulfil the catering services you have requested — and legitimate interest in responding to pre-booking enquiries. We will seek explicit consent before any marketing communications.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with Blackstone Catering Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all catering and hospitality services we provide.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and the required deposit. Verbal or email agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking until written confirmation is issued by Blackstone Catering Ltd.
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date. A further 50% is due 30 days before the event. The remaining balance is payable no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30–60 days will incur a charge of 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations within 30 days are charged at 100% of the contract value.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to guest numbers, menu selections, or service specifications must be communicated in writing no later than 14 days before the event. We will accommodate reasonable amendments subject to availability and may adjust pricing accordingly.
Liability
Blackstone Catering Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue access failures or supplier disruptions.
Dietary Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate dietary and allergy information no later than 14 days before the event. Blackstone Catering Ltd will take all reasonable steps to accommodate declared requirements but cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
