Working lunches to formal dinners

Full-day service from ceremony to close

Intimate dining to large receptions

Three-course seated menus, working-lunch platters, and boardroom service structured around meeting schedules. Staffing scaled to 10–300 delegates.

Garden parties, private dinners, and milestone celebrations. Menu scope and service format agreed at briefing stage, with staffing matched precisely to guest count.

Canapé receptions, four-course wedding breakfasts, and evening buffets. Service paced to the room's timeline, not a standard schedule.

Sample starters: smoked salmon rillette, heritage tomato and burrata. Mains: slow-roast sirloin, pan-roasted cod, wild mushroom risotto. Dietary variants included as standard.

Sample canapés: truffle arancini, smoked duck on blini. Wedding breakfast: pan-seared halibut, roast fillet of beef, chocolate fondant, lemon tart.

Sample: sharing antipasti boards, whole-roasted lamb shoulder, seasonal vegetable gratin, pavlova with poached stone fruit.

+ Dietary Requirements

Handled at the planning stage, not on the day

Allergen management, plant-based tracks, halal, kosher, and low-FODMAP requirements are built into menu design from the first conversation. No afterthought plating.

We collect dietary data with the guest confirmation process, map it against the full menu, and brief kitchen and service staff before the event begins.

Allergen Management

Plant-Based & Specialist Diets

Cultural Requirements

All 14 UK-regulated allergens tracked per dish. Cross-contamination protocols applied at prep and service. Written allergen matrix provided on request.

Vegan and vegetarian menus designed as full courses, not substitutions. Halal and kosher sourcing available with advance notice. Low-FODMAP on request.

We ask about cultural and religious food requirements during the initial briefing. These inform sourcing decisions, not last-minute adjustments.
